When you become part of our team, the developmental ball will be firmly in your court. Take ownership of your career, and we will give you the means to enhance your individual market value, because development isn't just about training to do a job, it's about the connection between your success and the benefit to our clients. Confident people contribute more.
One-to-one engagements. We encourage ongoing one-to-one feedback to be a way of life, not just a formality. As such, all staff are allocated a 'counsellor', who is dedicated to the individual and acts as a mentor or someone to assist in the career development of the individual. We are constantly evolving the skills of our counsellors to help you take ownership of your career, set goals and determine work/life needs. We are trusted business advisors and that trust begins with the relationships we have with each other-built on openness, honesty and respect.
Accelerated, continuous learning. Successful people are passionate about keeping their skills and knowledge up to date. To support you in becoming the best you can be, we offer an extensive learning and development framework. This framework consists of a variety of core and elective courses, as well as workplace learning opportunities, coaching and mentoring, career planning and national and international secondments. We recognise that learning is constant and continuous, whether on a training course or working with clients, so we provide learning maps and counselling to support and guide your decisions.
